Hola and welcome to Palm Springs. We are delighted to have you here at Calle Oasis and hope you enjoy your time in this beautiful place, inside the gated Greenhouse East community. You are here for vacation, so please relax and have a great time. There are no silly questions, so reach out anytime if you want help operating something or you would like recommendations for great places to eat and awesome things to do.

Good to Know

  • Pool and spa hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and are restricted to owners and their tenants/guests.
  • Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool and common areas.
  • This is a gated community — please make sure the security gate closes behind you every time you enter or leave, and never prop it open.

The password is case sensitive. Please do not add a password or change the settings.

Mailbox

Mailbox #10 in CBU #1706. It is the 4th one down on the right side, above the outgoing mail slot. The CBU is in the garage inlet area off N Calle Rolph. The key is in the bowl on the kitchen island.

Television

Each TV is connected to the wifi. Feel free to log into your own streaming apps.

Tennis

The tennis court is in the center of the complex. Courts are open 7:00 am to 10:00 pm; tennis shoes are required (no black soles, as they mark up the court).

Pool and Spa

The community pool and spa are in the center of the complex and are heated in the winter. The spa runs on an automatic timer each day from 10:00 am to noon to circulate water.

Heating the Spa

  1. 1At the bottom box, turn it on and start the pump.
  2. 2Press Mode until it says Spa, then adjust the temperature up or down with the arrows.
  3. 3To turn the heater off, press Mode again until it says Standby.

Pool Maintenance

Pool maintenance is Mondays and Thursdays around 10:00 am.

Trash and Recycling

Trash and recycling bins are in the parking lot across from the garages.

Greenhouse East

Gates

You'll enter through the Greenhouse East security gates — please make sure they close behind you every time you come or go, and never prop them open. Recycling dumpsters (blue) are at the Hermosa garage area and the Calle Rolph side of the south parking lot.
