  • There are two Ring cameras on the property — one in the carport and another on the doorbell, which faces the front gate and pool area.

All TVs operate using Roku Firesticks — feel free to log into your own favorite streaming apps. Don't worry about signing back out; our system clears your personal logins upon checkout for your privacy.

Tennis

Four lighted tennis courts are available adjacent to the Montecito Clubhouse, allowing for evening play.

Pool and Spa

This home has a private spool (combination pool/spa). The filter runs automatically from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and it's serviced by the pool company every Thursday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Heating the Spa

  1. 1Filter Hours: the filter runs automatically from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. To use the spool outside these hours, press the Filter button to turn it on.
  2. 2Heating the Pool: press the Heater button to turn on the heat — it's preset to 102°F and takes about 20–30 minutes to heat.
  3. 3Additional Features: press Jets if desired, and Pool Light if needed for nighttime use.
  4. 4Ending Your Session: turn off the Filter unless it's during the scheduled 11:00 AM–3:00 PM window, and turn off the Heater, Light, and Jets.

Pool Maintenance

Pool (spool) service is every Thursday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The landscaper/gardener visits every other Wednesday around 10:30 AM.

Trash and Recycling

Trash pickup is Tuesdays. Please place the bins at the driveway Monday evening or early Tuesday morning, and bring them back to their storage location Tuesday evening.
