You are here for vacation, so please relax and have a great time. Good to Know

  • You've been provided multiple sets of keys, used for the front door, the garage-to-kitchen door, and the garage-to-outside door. Reach out if you have any questions.
  • There are two cameras on the property: one in the carport and one on the doorbell, which faces the front gate and pool area.
  • Firepit (by the Adirondack chairs): lift the tank cover, turn the propane knob to the right, then follow the instructions printed on the firepit to light it. The BBQ/grill also needs its propane tank turned on before use. The twinkle-lights outlet is to the right of the grill.
  • Garbage disposal button is under the sink on the right side. The electric kettle has a large button to start — set it to your desired temperature. If the trash cabinet under the sink won't close, check that both magnets are popped out. The shower knob turns right to start; use the upper lever for temperature. Extra sheets for the Murphy bed are in the drawer underneath it and in the closet by the spare bath.
  • Checkout reminder: place all trash in the designated enclosure and make sure bags are in the correct bins before you leave.

The password is case sensitive. Please don't add a password or change the router settings. The router is in the media room to the right of the entrance — to reboot, simply unplug it and plug it back in.

Mailbox

The mailbox is located at the front of the house, on the left side of the driveway when you pull up.

Television

Each TV has all the streaming apps you need — Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, ESPN — plus over-the-air channels. Feel free to log into your own accounts. Don't worry about signing out when you leave; we handle that during checkout and cleaning.

Pool and Spa

This home has a private pool & spa, heated via the Pentair Easytouch Heater near the spa. Note: the heater's light only shows that the pool/spa is heating toward your desired temperature — it doesn't turn the heater on by itself. Pool service is Tuesdays & Fridays, generally around 2 PM (may vary); a pool net is available for quick cleanups between visits — contact us if it needs a full service.

Heating the Spa

Pool Maintenance

Pool service: Tuesdays & Fridays, around 2 PM (may vary). Landscaping: every Friday, around 11 AM (may vary, especially around holidays). Report any pool or irrigation issues via the concierge group chat or a call.

Trash and Recycling

Trash & recycling pickup is every Friday morning. Bins are on the northeast side of the property (right side of the home as you pull up the driveway). All waste must be bagged before going in the bins. Brown bin = trash (all non-recyclable waste). Blue bin = recycling (plastic, glass, metal cans, bottles, aluminum foil, newspaper, magazines, cardboard/boxes). Please don't put trash in the recycling bin — the city won't collect it if it's contaminated.
