You are here for vacation, so please relax and have a great time. Mailbox

Mailbox #10 is located off the driveway where you entered the complex. From the unit, walk past the three garages on the right — the mailbox will be just beyond them.

Television

Each TV is equipped with a Roku device. Log in to your favorite streaming apps — we'll sign you out at checkout.

Tennis

The tennis courts are at the front of the complex, near the entrance driveway to the unit. Use gate code 41523 for access.

Pool and Spa

There are two community pools in the center of the complex — walk straight out the door and cut through the community across the driveway to reach them. Gate code is 41523. During winter, one pool is heated (they may alternate), so check which one is warm when you arrive.

Trash and Recycling

Community trash bins come on Wednesday, located directly across the driveway from the unit. Separate recycling materials like plastic, glass, and paper — avoid loose trash in bins.

Small Mountain

Gates

The pool, spa, and tennis-court gates use cipher locks (code 41523) — please don't share it beyond your group. Pool and spa hours are 7:00 AM to midnight daily; there are no lifeguards, kids under 14 must be supervised by an adult, and pets and glass containers are not allowed in the pool/spa area. The community speed limit is 10 mph.
