We are delighted to host you at 67595 Lagos Way and hope you enjoy your time in this beautiful place — a classic Krisel/Alexander midcentury home inside Desert Princess. You are here for vacation, so please relax and have a great time. There are no silly questions, so reach out anytime if you want help operating something or you would like recommendations for great places to eat and awesome things to do.

Good to Know

  • There are two Ring cameras on the property — one in the carport and one on the doorbell, which faces the front gate and pool area.
  • If your stay is 10 nights or longer, ask Tony about registering a Desert Princess tenant club account at the HOA Office — it gets you a discount on golf and 10% off at Mountain View Grille and Lagos Cafe.

The password is case sensitive. Please don't add a password or change the router settings — it's also printed on the back of the router.

Mailbox

Mailbox #9, directly across the driveway in front of the house. The key is in the bowl near the coffee grinder, to the left of the sink.

Television

Each TV has Spectrum cable or a Roku connected — feel free to log into your own streaming apps. Don't worry about signing back out; we handle that during checkout and cleaning.

Tennis

Courts are at the end of Isleta Court on the northeast corner of Desert Princess — sign up on the list inside the Workout Room door, or call the Tennis Center at 760.322.5178.

Pool and Spa

This home is closest to Pool 20 (heated in the winter), behind the house — walk out the back doors, toward the lake, around the corner to the left — or Pool 21, across the driveway to the right.

Trash and Recycling

Trash is picked up Thursdays — bins go across the driveway in front of the house. Recycling drops off where North Laguna and West Laguna meet, across from Pool 33.

Gates

You'll come in through the Vista Chino Gate (open 24/7) using License Plate Recognition. Send Tony your license plate number before you arrive so he can add you to the gate list. Using a rental car? Let Tony know once you've picked it up, or bring your lease/booking confirmation to the guard shack to register on arrival. The Landau and East Portales gates close to incoming traffic after 10pm. Expecting a visitor? Have them call Patrol Services at 760.322.0441 to get let in.
