The password is case sensitive. The network info is also written on a piece of paper on the desk in the 3rd bedroom/office.

Television

The home has Roku TVs with lots of streaming apps — feel free to log into your own accounts. For the TV in the Den, the remote is in one of the baskets: hit the red button to turn it on, and while it says "searching for a connection," hit the home button (looks like a house) to reach the main streaming menu. The sound bar comes on automatically. If you ever lose sound, just turn the TV off and back on with the Roku remote to reboot it. There's also a Roku TV outside — its cover just peels back and flips over the top; the remote is on the kitchen counter near the French doors.

Pool and Spa

This home has a private pool and spa run by an automated Pentair (Screen Logic) system, controlled from a tablet by the pool. The pool's circulation runs on its own daily schedule from 8am to 5pm; the spa can be heated separately, usually to 100-103 degrees.

Heating the Spa

  1. 1Wake the pool tablet and open the Screen Logic app, then tap Connect.
  2. 2Tap the SPA icon — it turns green/on, which runs the spa and its heater together.
  3. 3Slide your finger along the circle to set your temperature, usually 100-103 degrees (takes about 45-60 minutes to heat).
  4. 4For the jets and waterfall, tap the menu (three lines, top left), go to Features, and turn Waterfall and Jets to green/on.
  5. 5To turn everything off, tap the SPA icon to grey/off, then turn Waterfall and Jets to grey/off under Features.

Pool Maintenance

Pool service (Juan) comes Tuesday and Friday mornings. The gardener (Armando) comes Friday mid-morning to clean up the front and back yards.

Trash and Recycling

Trash pickup is Tuesday morning.
