Hola and welcome to the desert. We are delighted to host you at 29 Covington Dr — Desert Tranquility at Covington — and hope you enjoy your time in this beautiful Krisel/Alexander midcentury home. Our staff cleaned and inspected the home before your arrival; please take a look around and let us know right away of any critical damage or issues so we can assist as quickly as possible. You are here for vacation, so please relax and have a great time. There are no silly questions, so reach out anytime if you want help operating something or you would like recommendations for great places to eat and awesome things to do.

Good to Know

  • There is one camera on the property by the carport.
  • Please keep the two drains in the BBQ sink covered with stoppers when not in use — this keeps wind-blown leaves and debris from clogging them and needing a plumber's visit.

Television

Each TV has an Amazon Firestick connected — feel free to log into your own streaming apps. All televisions are Samsung Smart TVs, and there's a Sono speaker system in the Family room, Living room, Master bedroom, and patio. Don't worry about signing back out; we handle that during checkout and cleaning.

Pool and Spa

The pool and spa are run from a Pentair EasyTouch control system remote: long-press Menu to turn the remote on, then press 'Up' or 'P' to toggle the pool pump, 'Spa' to toggle the spa, 'Lights' to toggle the pool lights, and 'AUX2' to toggle the spa lights. The pool is serviced twice weekly, Mondays and Fridays — there's a pool net for quick clean-ups if wind blows debris in between visits; call us if it gets excessively dirty.

Pool Maintenance

Landscaping is maintained on Thursdays. Gardener schedules can change without notice, especially around holidays — call us if any landscaping or irrigation issues come up during your stay.

Trash and Recycling

Trash is collected Tuesday mornings; bins are on the west side of the property beside the garage, and our walk-up service brings them to the curb and back each week. Grey bin is trash, blue bin is recycling (plastic, glass, metal cans, bottles, aluminum foil, newspaper, magazines, boxes). Please bag all trash and keep trash out of the recycling bin — replacement kitchen trash bags are underneath the sink.
